Thoughts About Social Media
I like social media. If it wasn’t for Facebook, I wouldn’t have been able to find old friends and find out that they’re doing a lot better than I am in life. There’s a social network for everything. Working out, reading books, you name it, it’s here or will be here soon. The only problem I have is that it’s getting in the way of real life. For instance, someone will send me a link on Facebook....

There are a lot of Beatles biographies in the bookstore. I really like the Beatles’ music ever since my dad turned them on to me when I was a baby. Despite this, I figured, if I’m going to read about the Beatles, I’m only going to read about them once. And maybe once more on Wikipedia. So I had better choose my biography wisely.
